- Use the prompts, formulas and templates in your own work, freely and without credit.
- Share a link to this site with anybody you like.
What you may not do
- Resell, republish or redistribute our guides, workbooks or written materials as your own, or as part of a paid product.
- Use our name, logos or brand marks in a way that suggests we endorse you or your business when we do not.
- Copy substantial parts of the site text or design for a competing product.
- Attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the site.

No guarantees of results
We teach a method that worked for us and for the people we have taught. We do not promise that it will save you a particular amount of time, make you a particular amount of money, or produce any specific outcome in your business. Anyone who does promise you that is selling something.
Third-party tools
We refer to tools we do not own or control — ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Canva and others. We are not affiliated with them unless we say so explicitly. Their features, prices, terms and behaviour change without notice and without our knowledge. Your use of those tools is governed by their terms, not ours, and you are responsible for reading them.
Accuracy
We work hard to keep this site correct, and AI tools still change faster than any book about them. If something here is out of date, tell us and we will fix it. Always verify anything important against the official source before you rely on it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Kester Education Media LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our free materials, including lost profits or lost business. Our total liability relating to this site and the free guide will not exceed one hundred dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Where we link to another website, we are pointing at something we thought was useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices.
Ending it
